A deposit of 50% payable on bookings over 1 month in advance, otherwise payable in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation policy/deposit forfeiture (at to our discretion and subject to re-letting)

- Weekday larger groups by arrangement (see packages).
- Special event & long weekends may be a 3 night minimum.
- We have a strict no-smoking policy which applies to the whole of the property.
- Our accommodation is not suitable for pets or children.
