Terms & conditions
- A deposit of 50% payable on bookings over 1 month in advance, otherwise payable in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation policy (at to our discretion and subject to re-letting)
- less than 7 days' notice - 1 night's tariff which can be used as credit for another booking within 3 months
- more than 7 days' notice - 5% of booking
- Weekday larger groups by arrangement (see packages).
- Special event & long weekends may be a 3 night minimum.
- We have a strict no-smoking policy which applies to the whole of the property.
- Our accommodation is not suitable for pets or children.
